Return policy
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, should you wish to return or exchange a product, you may do so within 30 days of receipt, as long as the product is unused and in its original, undamaged packaging.

Good to know
Return costs: These are at your own expense, even if your order was shipped for free.
Excluded products: Personalised or customised products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or incorrectly delivered.
Damaged products or wrong delivery: If you have received an incorrectly delivered or damaged product, please contact our customer service team within 14 days. Please include pictures of the damage or wrong delivery so that we can look for a suitable solution together.

How can I return a product?

Simply report your return via the returnportal. Follow the steps in the portal:
Enter your postal code and order number.
Select the items you wish to return.
Choose a reason for return.
Pay the return label directly through the portal.

After logging in, you will receive a return label and/or a QR code:
With return label: Print the label and stick it firmly to the packaging.
Met QR-code: Take the QR code to a service point of the shipper. There they will scan the code and arrange shipping for you.

Make sure the product is well packed to avoid damage during transport.

Are there any fees for returns?

Yes, you pay the return costs yourself. This applies even if your order was originally shipped for free. This is how we keep the process sustainable and transparent. We only refund the purchase amount and not any shipping costs paid.

How long will it take to get my money back?

After we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase amount within 14 working days via the payment method you used to make the payment.

Can I exchange a product instead of returning it?

Exchanges can be made within 30 days, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. When returning the product, you can indicate as reason that you want to exchange. In addition, please contact our Customer service. We will be happy to help you and make sure the replacement item comes your way as soon as possible.
