Can I track my order?
Yes. As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
This allows you to see exactly when your parcel will arrive.
What happens if I’m not home when my order is delivered?
No worries. The delivery driver will provide information about a new delivery attempt
or where you can collect your parcel.
What if my parcel arrives damaged?
Of course, that shouldn’t happen. Please contact our
customer service team
as soon as possible and send us a photo of the damage. We’ll arrange a replacement or find another suitable solution.
What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and order value. Orders above a certain
amount qualify for free shipping. For smaller orders, fixed shipping rates apply.
For a more sustainable delivery option, you can choose delivery to a Service Point.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Orders placed before 3:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day.
As soon as your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
