Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link. So you know exactly when your parcel arrives.

What happens if I am not at home during delivery?

No stress. The delivery driver will leave a message with instructions for a new attempt or where you can pick up your parcel. So you never miss your order.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Of course, this is not supposed to happen. Contact us immediately, send a picture of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or solution.

What are the shipping costs?

Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. That way, your order arrives as quickly as possible! Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email with the tracking information. Delivery times vary by country. Below you’ll find an overview of the estimated delivery times:

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

We want to send along as many orders as possible in 1 freight. This is a sustainable choice. In practice, that means we ship orders within 1-2 working days. Still fast then! As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an e-mail with tracking information.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France and would like to expand this to the other countries within the EU soon. Please contact us for options and information on shipping costs outside this area.
