Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking link. So you know exactly when your parcel arrives.

What happens if I am not at home during delivery?

No stress. The delivery driver will leave a message with instructions for a new attempt or where you can pick up your parcel. So you never miss your order.

What if my package arrives damaged?

Of course, this is not supposed to happen. Contact us immediately, send a picture of the damage, and we will arrange a replacement or solution.

What are the shipping costs?

Orders placed on weekdays before 3:00 PM are shipped the same day. That way, your order arrives as quickly as possible! How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Orders will be packed as soon as possible after payment has been received. Due to the high demand, it may sometimes take longer for your order to be delivered. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

We currently ship to the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany and France and would like to expand this to the other countries within the EU soon. Please contact us for options and information on shipping costs outside this area.
